How To Plot A Payback by Melissa Ferguson
This is my first time reading a Melissa Ferguson novel. Plot: In this book, two Brits who grew up together end up working on the same t.v. show in Hollywood.
Make Believe Proposal (Make-Believe #1) by Vivi Holt, Lilly Mirren
Plot: June is a nanny to the billionaire Roland and her boyfriend breaks up with her only to get engaged two weeks later. June's revenge plot is to make her ex see that she's happy and doing just fine without him and then her boss fake-proposes to her in front of her ex.
Make Believe Fiance (Make-Believe #2) by Vivi Holt
Set in Billings, MT. Gwen is a down on her luck, divorced waitress/3rd grade teacher and Heath is an extremely wealthy acting CEO of a ranching corporation. So when Heath is ready to take over as CEO (no acting) he realizes the fact that he's not married might be holding him back and asks Gwen to be his fake fiance in exchange for paying her first month's rent on a new apartment as she has just been evicted.
Bespoke and Bespelled (Movie Magic #1) by Karen Healey
You know that we love a good witchy read around here and this book is So. Freaking. Cute. Marnie is a "Stitch Witch" meaning that her magic is in fabric.
Never Getting Back Together by Krysti Meyer
My first Krysti Meyer book! This book is described as a Gilmore Girls meets Sweet Home Alabama in this small-town, second-chance romance. The artwork included in this post is by far my favorite artwork for this novel. Quinn is working hard to fulfill her dream of opening her own business, suddenly her ex Ty shows back up in town.
Pity Pact (Pity #3) by Whitney Dineen
This is my first Whitney Dineen novel. MC is from a small town in Wisconsin and we love a good Midwest plot since I live in South Dakota. Our MC Paige Holland is a middle school math teacher who has signed up for a reality show called Midwest Matchmaker, which is being filmed in her home town of Elk Lake, Wisconsin.
Laughing All The Way by Mia Summers
A Mia Summers Christmas novel that I wish that I had read between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Normally I am a sucker for Christmas and I just could not get into it this year. I'll just re-read this next year and get myself in the mood right away🤷.
The Reel Deal (Big Star, Small Town #3) by Mia Summers
The third book in this series and my third Mia Summers book. Jake Leonard was introduced in book 2 as Logan's friend in a toxic relationship and now he's the star of book #3. Delilah is taking care of her grandmother in the small town of Elk River after an accident that led to a broken foot.
Switched (Ghosted #2) by Sarah Ready
Another beautifully written novel by Sarah Ready. I am unbelievably excited to be reading this book because I loved the first one so SO much. If you haven't read book 1, go read it. Not because you need to read it to understand the plot of this book but because it's so f*cking GOOD.
